VALUES

We are Christ-Centered.

The Baseball Pastor Ministry is unapologetically Christian. Therefore, Jesus will be at the center of all we teach. We believe that coaches and players surrendered to Jesus experience fullness of life on and off the field. Click here for our Statement of Faith.

We are Baseball-Focused.

We love baseball. We love coaches. We love players.

We are Transformation-Driven.

We desire to see Jesus use the game of baseball to work transformation in the lives of players and coaches. The game isn’t merely about wins and losses.

We are Reality-Directed.

Our ministry is designed to help players and coaches right where they are, not where they want to be. What if where you are is where God wants you to be?

BELIEFS

The Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God, consisting of sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments, without any error in their original manuscripts. Scripture is the all-sufficient authority in matters of faith, doctrine, and Christian living.

There is one God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the creator of the heavens and the earth, the giver and sustainer of life, the one to whom all humanity is answerable.

Jesus is the eternal Son of God, who was born of a virgin and thus became God in human flesh. He lived a sinless life to fulfill the demands of God’s law, died a substitutionary, sacrificial death on the cross to pay for the sins of all humanity, rose bodily from the dead as the promise of eternal life for all who believe, ascended into heaven, from where he will return one day to judge the living and the dead.
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, sent from God to convict the world of sin, to regenerate and sanctify sinners, and to indwell and empower believers.

Humans were created innocent and in the image of God but were tempted by Satan and sinned by rebellious disobedience to God’s command. Because of this, all people since are born with a sinful nature and stand in need of salvation from God’s wrath.

Eternal salvation is the free gift of God, entirely apart from any of our works and is possessed by any and all who have faith in and receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Once truly received, salvation can never be lost.
